This delivery information applies to all print packages and custom printed accessories, including flags, banners, wraps, half walls and table covers.
We deliver throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, offshore UK islands, Europe and most worldwide destinations.
Print Turnaround
Our standard production turnaround is 7–10 working days from order confirmation and artwork approval.
Once your printed items have been produced, a member of our sales team will be in touch to arrange delivery. Your order will then be dispatched on a next working day delivery service (Mainland UK only). Deliveries must be signed for as proof of receipt.
Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and other offshore locations may take longer. For delivery times to Europe and worldwide destinations, please contact us.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 2 working days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), quoting your order number.
Returns
As all print packages and custom printed accessories are bespoke, made-to-order and personalised, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Personalised and made-to-order products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Please check your artwork carefully before approving it for print. Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, design errors, colours, sizing or other content that has been approved.
If you believe your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
